👨🍳 Instructions
Place pineapple chunks and lemon juice in blender.
Purée until smooth.
Pour into plastic container or ice cube trays and freeze about 1 hour.
When mixture is slushy-frozen, purée again in blender until creamy.
Pour it back into freezer container and freeze at least 2 hours more.
