Pineapple Freeze is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sour cream, 1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 2 c. milk, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (1 c.), drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine sour cream and condensed milk.
Stir in milk and lemon juice.
Freeze in 1-quart refrigerator tray until partially frozen.
Stir in drained pineapple.
Freeze firm.
