Pineapple Fluff
Pineapple Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 well beaten egg, 16 oz. can crushed pineapple and 1/3 c. beaten stiff heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix sugar with cornstarch and add to egg.
When well mixed, add 1/2 cup of liquid from pineapple and cook (low heat) over hot water until thickened.
Remove from heat and add 1 cup of crushed pineapple and set aside to chill, then add 1/3 cup heavy cream and vanilla.
Serve in sherbet glasses.
