Pineapple Fluff
Pineapple Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 slightly beaten egg, 3/4 c. pineapple juice and 1/2 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix 1/4 cup sugar and flour.
Combine egg and 3 tablespoons cold water; add to sugar-flour mixture.
Heat juices; slowly stir small amount into egg mixture; return to hot mixture.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Chill.
Whip cream with 2 tablespoons sugar. Fold into juice mixture.
Makes 3 cups.
