Pineapple Fluff
Pineapple Fluff is an easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 oz. box lemon jell-o, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese and 1 can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil together the pineapple and sugar for 1 minute. Add the Jell-O. Boil 1 more minute and remove from heat.
Stir in the cream cheese. Freeze the can of evaporated milk for 2 1/2 hours. Beat and fold into mixture. Refrigerate.
