Pineapple Filling
Pineapple Filling is an easy dinner. Made with 10 to 12 slices cubed white bread, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar and 1/4 lb. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain pineapple (keep juice).
Beat sugar, eggs and butter until light and fluffy.
Pour over bread cubes and drained pineapple.
Add enough juice to moisten well.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
