Pineapple Filling
Pineapple Filling is an easy dinner. Made with 5 slices bread, 1 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 1 stick margarine or butter and 1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut bread into cubes, set aside.
Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs.
Next add pineapple.
Blend with spoon, then fold onto bread cubes.
Grease pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Double recipe for 9 x 13-inch pan.
Delicious served as side dish with ham.
