Pineapple Dessert Cake
Pineapple Dessert Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 small pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, softened, 1 1/2 c. milk, 1 small box instant vanilla pudding and 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Follow directions on box for cake mix. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cool. With electric mixer, beat cream cheese, milk and pudding until thick. Spread over cooled cake.
Spread drained pineapple over creamed mixture. Top with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with some chopped nuts and coconut.
