Pineapple Dessert
Pineapple Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can pineapple chunks (drain and keep juice), 1 egg, beaten, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour and 1/2 pt. whipping cream (whip it), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook pineapple juice, egg, sugar and flour until thick.
Allow to cool.
Combine pineapple chunks and marshmallows.
Fold in whipped cream.
