Pineapple Dessert
Pineapple Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 4 tbsp. cold water, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, undrained and 1 qt. whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Add boiling water and pineapple.
Chill until firm and add 1 quart whipped topping. Fold in the angel food cake, which has been broken into bite size pieces.
Press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Let set in refrigerator until firm. Top with whipped topping and coconut.
