Pineapple Delight
Pineapple Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow jiffy cake mix, 1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 c. milk, 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding and 1 large can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare Jiffy cake mix according to box directions in a 9 x 13-inch pan, baking for 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Beat cream cheese, slowly adding 2 cups milk.
Add instant pudding.
Spread mixture over cooled cake.
Drain can of crushed pineapple and spread over pudding mixture.
Spread Cool Whip over top.
If desired, cover with chopped pecans or walnuts.
