Pineapple Delight
Pineapple Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. pet evaporated milk, 1 pkg. gelatin (any flavor), 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. cold water and 8 marshmallows, finely cut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Chill milk in ice tray until almost frozen around edges.
In a 2-quart bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water.
Add marshmallows, undrained crushed pineapple and broken nuts to gelatin.
Whip milk in cold bowl until stiff.
Fold into gelatin mixture.
Cover and chill.
