Pineapple Delight
Pineapple Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2) can pineapple tidbits in heavy syrup, 3 1/2 c. baker's coconut, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 box yellow cake mix and 2 sticks margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Layer as follows: pineapple, coconut, brown sugar and cake mix.
Cut up margarine and layer on top of cake mix.
Sprinkle nuts on top of margarine.
