Pineapple Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. lemon jello, 1 can drained crushed pineapple, 3 1/2 c. boiling water, 12 marshmallows and 1 c. pineapple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together the first 4 ingredients; let set, then mix the next 4 ingredients.
Cook and cool.
When cool, add the whipped cream with sugar and flavor.
