Pineapple Delight
Pineapple Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 1 box yellow cake mix (french vanilla), 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 c. sugar and 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix cake mix as directed on box and bake.
After baking, punch holes in the cake with a fork.
Bring sugar and pineapple to a boil.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes.
Pour over the hot cake.
Let cool.
Mix pudding as directed.
When it thickens, spread on the cake, then spread Cool Whip.
Sprinkle coconut and then nuts.
Refrigerate until eaten.
