Pineapple Cream Cheese Ball
Pineapple Cream Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 2 c. chopped pecans, 1/4 c. finely diced green peppers and 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In medium size bowl, beat cheese with fork until soft.
Add pineapple, 1/2 amount of pecans, pepper, onion and salt.
Shape into ball and roll in remaining pecans.
Wrap in foil and refrigerate at least 12 hours.
Can also be frozen for use later.
