Pineapple Cookies
Pineapple Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening (crisco), 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 egg, 9 oz. crushed pineapple and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix shortening, sugar and egg.
Stir in pineapple; add flour gradually and stir in nutmeg.
After mixing well, add nuts.
Chill 1 hour or overnight.
Keep covered in refrigerator.
Drop by spoonfuls and bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
You can keep these for 2 or 3 days and bake as you want.
This is a good cookie that isn't so sweet.
