Pineapple Cookies
Pineapple Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 2 eggs and 1 c. crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream shortening and sugars.
Add eggs and pineapple.
Mix well.
Add vanilla. Sift flour; measure and sift again with salt, soda and baking powder.
Add to mixture.
Add nuts and drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes in 425Β° oven.
(Sometimes it takes longer than 10 minutes, depending on size of cookie.)
