Sift flour and baking powder together.
Cream butter and sugar; add flour and water alternately.
Add vanilla.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes in 3 layer pans.
Between each layer and on top, use pineapple and juice, coconut and frosting.
