Pineapple Chess Pie
Pineapple Chess Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 small can crushed pineapple, 3 tbsp. flour and 4 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add flour, then egg yolks and beat until smooth.
Add pineapple.
Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375Β° for 4 minutes until golden brown.
Cool pie. Beat egg whites and 5 tablespoons sugar to form meringue.
Pour on pie and brown.
