Pineapple Cheesecake
Pineapple Cheesecake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) and 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained or 1 can pie filling, cherry or strawberry and 1 prepared graham cracker crust, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Beat cream cheese and sugar together until well blended.
Add eggs; beat well.
Pour mixture into graham cracker crust; add drained pineapple.
Bake for 30 minutes in 350Β° oven.
Chill before serving.
(If canned pie filling is used, bake cream cheese, sugar and egg filling only.
Remove from oven and top with pie filling.)
