Pineapple Cheese Salad
Pineapple Cheese Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small box lemon jell-o, 2 small boxes orange jell-o, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice and 3 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix the lemon Jell-O, orange Jell-O, sugar and crushed pineapple with juice.
Boil for 3 minutes. Time when it starts to boil.
Add cold water.
Pour in 13 x 9-inch dish and chill until partially set.
Fold together Cheddar cheese, nuts and Cool Whip. Then fold this mix into Jell-O mixture.
Refrigerate until used. Serve on a leaf of lettuce and top with 1/2 teaspoon mayo dressing if desired.
