Pineapple Cheese Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime jell-o, 1 c. hot water, 1 c. pet milk, 1/4 c. celery, chopped and green food coloring (i add a little), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix Jell-O, hot water and Pet milk until Jell-O is dissolved.
Add other ingredients and put in bowl or pan.
Mix after it has partially set.
