Pineapple Cheese Ball
Pineapple Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained, 1 tbsp. (i put sugar in my pineapple), 2 c. pecans, chopped and 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In medium bowl, with fork, beat cream cheese until smooth. Drain and stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.
Shape into a ball.
Roll in remaining nuts.
Wrap in plastic, refrigerate overnight.
