Drain pineapple; reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine sugar and flour, then stir in juice.
Add cheese and pineapple and mix well.
Spoon mixture into a 1-quart flat oiled dish.
Combine butter and cracker crumbs; sprinkle over mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
