Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 6 slices fresh bread, 1 c. sugar, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 4 eggs and 1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream sugar and butter.
Beat eggs and add to first mixture. Stir in pineapple and juice.
Fold in bread and a pinch of salt. Bake in a greased casserole at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serve hot. This is excellent with a ham dinner.
