Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained and reserve 1/4 c. juice, 1 c. brown sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 stack ritz crackers, crushed and 1 1/2 c. diced cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix pineapple, brown sugar, flour and crackers and half the cheese.
Pour into greased casserole.
Top with remaining cheese and reserved juice.
