Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, 3/4 c. sugar, 5 tbsp. flour, 1/2 stick margarine, melted and 1 c. ritz crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grease casserole dish.
Drain pineapple and reserve the juice. Put pineapple in the dish.
Mix sugar and flour; drizzle over the pineapple.
Sprinkle cheese over the top of that.
Drizzle 3 tablespoons of juice on top.
Mix margarine and cracker crumbs; spread over the top of casserole.
Bake at 325° or 350° for 30 minutes.
