Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. pineapple juice and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of juice.
Combine sugar and flour.
Stir in juice.
Add cheese and pineapple and mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole dish. Combine melted margarine and cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for about 25 minutes.
Serves 6.
