Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (12 oz.) cans unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. plain flour, 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese and 3/4 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place pineapple in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Mix sugar, flour and cheese and sprinkle over top of pineapple.
Mix crushed crackers with margarine and crumble over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes, uncovered.
