Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (2 oz. each) cans pineapple chunks, drained, 5 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. kraft shredded cheddar cheese and 1 stack ritz crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place pineapple chunks in medium size buttered casserole dish. Mix cornstarch and sugar. Add to pineapple. Stir lightly, but do not stir after this. Sprinkle cheese over pineapple. Sprinkle crackers over cheese.
Pour butter over crackers. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Very good with ham or pork.
