Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, 8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. pineapple juice and 4 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain pineapple, reserving 4 tablespoons juice.
Combine sugar, flour and pineapple juice, mixing well.
Add pineapple and cheese and stir.
Put mixture into casserole dish.
Mix together the crackers and butter and cover top of pineapple mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
