Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, 6 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 6 tbsp. pineapple juice and 2 c. mild cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain pineapple, reserving 6 tablespoons of juice.
Combine flour and sugar and stir in reserved juice in a small bowl.
Put pineapple and cheese into a large bowl and stir together.
Then add flour mixture and stir.
Mix well.
Spoon mixture into a 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
Combine melted butter or margarine and cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
