Pineapple Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick oleo, 1 c. sugar, 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 5 slices white bread, cubed and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream oleo and sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Stir in pineapple.
Fold in bread cubes.
Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
