Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 c. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of juice.
Combine sugar and flour and stir in pineapple juice.
Add cheese and pineapple chunks.
Mix well and spoon into greased casserole dish. Combine melted margarine and cracker crumbs, stirring well. Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
