Pineapple Casserole
Pineapple Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained, 1 c. sugar or 12 pkg. equal, 5 tbsp. flour, 1/2 to 3/4 stick oleo and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place pineapple chunks in bottom of glass 10 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Mix sugar and flour together and sprinkle over pineapple.
Then layer cheese and crushed crackers to form top layer.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
