Pineapple Carrot Cake

Flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together in a bowl and aside.
In a large bowl beat eggs.
Add oil, buttermilk, sugar and vanilla.
Mix well. Add the dry ingredients blend.
Add pineapple, carrots, coconut and nuts. Mix well.
14-inch for 45 minutes.
25 minutes have 14 coals on the top and 12 on the bottom.
After 25 minutes remove coals from the bottom and leave 14 on the top for the rest of the time.
When cooked, glaze with glaze recipe.
