Pineapple Cake
Pineapple Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 large pkg. vanilla pudding (using 2 1/3 c. milk ), 1 (12 oz.) cool whip, nuts (desired) and 1 large can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bake cake as box directs in a sheet pan.
Mix pudding mix using 2 1/2 cups milk.
Drain pineapple well.
Mix with pudding; spread over cake.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
