Bake cake mix as directed in a cookie sheet.
Let cool.
Mix pudding with milk.
Let cool.
Next, mix the pineapple, 1 cup sugar and cornstarch; cook until thick.
Let cool.

Beat 20 minutes.
Spread on cake.
Top with the cooled pineapple and sprinkle with ground nuts.
