Pineapple Cake
Pineapple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift sugar (1 1/2 cups), flour, soda and salt.
Add pineapple and egg.
Pour into a greased and floured (9 x 13-inch) pan and bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
For topping, boil sugar, Milnot and oleo for 5 minutes; then add vanilla.
Pour over hot cake.
