Pineapple Cake
Pineapple Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 medium size can crushed pineapple (with juice), 1 box vanilla instant pudding, 1 (9 oz.) cool whip and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bake cake as directed.
Poke holes across cake as a jello cake.
Pour crushed pineapple over top and spoon juice into holes. Cool cake.
Mix pudding and milk and add to Cool Whip. Beat about 2 minutes. Spread over cool cake.
Sprinkle coconut over top, if desired.
