Pineapple Cake
Pineapple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 c. white sugar, 4 oz. instant vanilla, chocolate or butterscotch pudding, 1 large can crushed pineapple and 8 oz. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Prepare yellow cake mix as directed on the box.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
While cake is baking, boil pineapple and sugar 5 minutes.
Pour over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Poke holes on top.
Let cool.
Prepare instant pudding as directed and spread over cooled cake.
Spread 8 ounces Cool Whip over pudding.
Sprinkle coconut and nuts on top.
Refrigerate.
