Pineapple Bread Stuffing
Pineapple Bread Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, 4 eggs, 1 loaf bread, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cube the bread.
Melt 1 stick of butter in a pan and put 1/2 of the cubed bread in the pan.
Toss until browned.
Remove from the pan.
Repeat this procedure to the rest of the bread cubes and second stick of butter.
Beat eggs, sugar and pineapple with pineapple juice.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex pan.
Spread in browned cubes evenly.
Pour liquid over cubes.
Bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour.
Wonderful to serve with a fresh baked ham.
