Pineapple Bread
Pineapple Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, softened, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream margarine; add sugar beating well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture.
Alternate with pineapple, mixing well.
Add vanilla.
Put mixture into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350Β° for 55 minutes to 1 hour.
Cool loaf 10 minutes in pan.
Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
