Pineapple Bake
Pineapple Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 4 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 c. sugar and 16 ritz crackers, broken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix Cheddar cheese, cornstarch and sugar into large bowl.
Pour in drained pineapple.
Place mixture into baking dish.
Sprinkle Ritz crackers.
Spoon melted butter over crackers.
