Pineapple Alaska
Pineapple Alaska is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 1/3 c. water, 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder, 1/3 c. granulated sugar and 3 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a small electric mixing bowl, combine egg white, water and nonfat dry milk powder.
Beat at high speed until stiff enough to hold shape.
Reduce to low speed and gradually add granulated sugar and lemon juice.
Return to high speed and continue beating about 5 minutes or until stiff.
Blend in egg yolk.
Fold in crushed pineapple.
Spoon into ice cube tray.
Place in freezer for about 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
Makes 6 servings. Has 110 calories each serving.
