Pinched Buns
Pinched Buns is an easy dinner. Made with 1 roll mix and 1 c. leftover meat (mexican taco is good), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Follow roll package directions, but add 1 tablespoon sugar. When rolls are ready to roll out, cut into 2 inch rounds; place teaspoon of meat mixture in center.
Pinch ends up around meat to cover.
Place pinched together sides at bottom of greased muffin pan; let rise 30 minutes.
Cook 10 minutes; brush cooked rolls with butter.
