Pinana Cake
Pinana Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/3 c. cake flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Heat oven to 350Β°. Grease and flour 3 round cake pans.
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl.
Add oil and eggs.
Stir until all dry ingredients are moistened.
Stir in bananas, pecans, vanilla and pineapple.
Divide batter evenly among pans.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes then remove from pans and cool completely.
After cooled, ice with cream cheese frosting, mixed with pecans.
