Piña Colada Squares
Piña Colada Squares is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 1 1/2 tsp. sweet 'n low, 2 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice, heated to boiling, 1 c. vanilla ice milk and 2 tbsp. flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In medium bowl, mix unflavored gelatin with Sweet 'N Low.
Add hot juice and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Stir in remaining ingredients; blend thoroughly.
Pour into 8 or 9-inch baking pan and chill until firm.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
Makes about 6 dozen squares.
