Piña Colada Cake
Piña Colada Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box pineapple cake mix or a yellow cake mix and 1 tsp. pineapple flavoring, 1 box coconut or vanilla instant pudding, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. oil and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease a tube pan and heat oven to 350°.
Mix all ingredients, except walnuts and cherries, very well.
Mix in 1/2 of the walnuts.
Spread cherry halves and remaining walnuts on bottom of the pan.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until done. Pour sauce over cake while it is still hot.
Remove from pan when totally cooled.
